The NanoPrep system
NanoPrep chemically reacts with iron and rust to form an iron phosphate layer while creating a strong nano bond with other metal and painted surfaces for excellent adhesion and flexibility.
Step 1 — Surface Preparation
NanoPrep can be applied to tightly rusted, damp surfaces following a simple low-pressure wash, eliminating the need for abrasive blasting in many applications.
Step 2 — NanoPrep Application
NanoPrep is easily applied by spray, brush or roller, providing flexible, efficient coverage across a wide range of surfaces.
Step 3 — Topcoat Application
NanoPrep delivers outstanding adhesion with leading low- and non-solvent topcoats, achieving up to 70–80% of grit-blasted adhesion performance at a fraction of the surface preparation cost.

You have a really good product which minimises cost and helps environmentally from two pack and solvent paints used in painting of metals. Normally a job this size and being 10mm black steel would require sand blasting – we followed your specifications and used our 13.5 Honda Pressure Washer and it prepared perfect surfaces for your paint to be applied. Your water based NanoPrep product exceeded my expectations and was very easy to use with a change of a heavier filter and a 19 tip we were able to apply the three coats of undercoat, two top coats with our 20 year old Wagner spraying equipment to achieve a brilliant finish.
